ISW: Ukraine Takes strategical Initiative, Thanks to Offensive in South

Ukraine is most likely taking the strategical initiative, forcing Russia to redeploy troops with counter-offensives and for the first time actively shaping the course of the war, according to a fresh study by the American think tank Institute for War Studies (ISW).
