ISW: Putin's goal is to break up NATO

According to the U.S. think tank "Putin's nonsubjective of establishing a multipolar planet order confirms the ISW's assessment that Putin's objectives in Ukraine go beyond responding to alleged NATO threat or conquering a limited fresh territory".
