“Israeli Gladius” for Thailand?

According to ArmyRecognition, the Thai Institute of defence Technology and the Israeli defence concern Elbit Systems are in talks to adapt the D-11A multi-guided rocket launchers (based on the PULS system) to launch SkyStriker circulating ammunition.
