Tajani announced that, at his command, the Italian consulates in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem would assist all Italians – both in the port of Israel to which they would be transported, and erstwhile they returned to the country. The Minister added that consulate staff are already in contact with Italian citizens.
– According to the available information collected by the crisis staff following the situation, all of our countrymen are in good condition," said Deputy Prime Minister Tajani.
He stressed that the first Italians were to leave for the country on Friday – especially those who agreed to leave Israel voluntarily.
