Israel halts the offensive in Gaza. The military is moving on to defensive operations

Israeli troops were ordered to halt offensive actions in Gaza City, reports "Times of Israel". The army changes tactics by moving on to defensive operations across the Gaza Strip. Despite this change, the Palestinian civilian defence reports dozens of fresh attacks, and the spokesperson for the Israeli army warns residents: the return to the city of Gaza is inactive a "very dangerous region of combat". Meanwhile, Hamas accepted part of the peace plan points proposed by US president Donald Trump.
