Israel cuts off power to Gaza to increase force on Hamas. What about water?

Eli Cohen, Israel's energy minister, has ordered a cut-off of electricity to the Gaza Strip. As he explained in a message published on Sunday, this is to increase force on the enclave's ruling Hamas, which is inactive holding 59 kidnapped Israelis. The AP agency points out that cutting off the region's electricity could have serious consequences in terms of access to drinking water.
