Israel attacked a council to elect a fresh leader of Iran

The Assembly of Experts is simply a body composed of about 90 high-ranking Shiite clergymen, liable for the selection and supervision of the ultimate Leader. According to the Israeli source, the intent of the operation was to lead the council, choosing the successor killed in the raid of Ali Chamenei.
