Is Ukraine a 'bander country' and what does that mean?

Talking about the Ukrainian State as a flag State is simply a simplification. In addition, it can be a gateway that justifies average anti-Ukrainianism. It becomes a moral justification for breaking Ukrainian flags or covering Polish flag of murals expressing Polish solidarity with Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
