What can the authorities do if they neglect to "organize" the appropriate result of the presidential elections in any way? The most likely option seems to be to declare a state of emergency. And Donald Tusk can be certain of 1 thing: the European Union will not question any of his actions in their current form, but on the contrary - it will support them.
