Soon the “Safety Guide” will be sent to the mailboxes throughout the country, as announced by the deputy chief of MON Cezary Tomczyk. The publication, modelled on Swedish and Finnish solutions, is designed to prepare citizens for crisis situations – not only military but besides natural disasters.
