Is Russia saving NATO from brain death? Conclusions after Vilnius Summit [COMMENTARY]

President Emmanuel Macron's diagnosis, presented in 2019 and later sustained respective times, although short, was very specific. "We are now witnessing NATO brain death". However, the late completed summit of the Pact in Vilnius (12-13.07) does not confirm specified recognition. On the contrary, it shows that there are no clinical signs of this disorder.
