The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (HUR) reported on the engagement of the organization “United Russia” in the formation of a private army. Putin's organization is now expected to control the Espanola group, which was previously part of the Vostok battalion, as a volunteer unit of Russian football fans.
