The PiS electorate should be separated
Kamiński criticizes the current government for dealing with symbols alternatively of actual actions, specified as putting thieves and criminals behind bars. He claims that the PiS electorate was deceived by people who gain immense money on Polish values and security. Kamiński advocates polarisation and supports a more constructive approach that does not focus on symbolic fights.
Kamiński believes that the 3rd Way should aim to weaken the Law and Justice, which would strengthen their political position. He points out that under polarization, candidacy is easier due to the fact that it is adequate to point to the opponent as being wrong. However, specified a division is not beneficial for a long-term strategy as it may lead to difficulties in winning with the Law and Justice.
He proposes to separate the PiS electorate and punish those liable for the current state of affairs in order to end the period of deep divisions in Polish politics.
Is PiS a Mafia?
Jarosław Kaczyński appears on investigative committees as the leader of the PiS, the organization liable for systematic theft of the state. The Justice Fund's scandal clearly shows the existence of a mafia distribution strategy in the party, where different groups profit from different sources, as in the mafia. interior conflicts broke out as groups got in the way. Kaczyński should be liable for the strategy he created, and he cannot pretend that it was a marginal part of the PiS's activities.
Donald Tusk, suggesting that the lists of candidates for the PiS to the European Parliament are like a BOLO, exaggerates. Not all PiS candidates are criminals. If Tusk has evidence of their crime, as Prime Minister, he should prevent them from running, utilizing the full control his government has.
What's settled?
The evaluation of the settlement of the governments of the Law and Justice Service has so far shown that nothing in peculiar has been settled. Although there were announcements of requests to waive immunity on the Justice Fund, so far only Michał Woś has been covered by specified a request. Mr Po, Roman Gierty, did the most in this matter, although it operates within a narrow committee of 1 political party. However, its actions are insufficient compared to the full state system.
Adam Bodnar asked the PKW to examine whether spending money from the Justice Fund was in accordance with the electoral code. If irregularities are detected, this could mean the failure of grants by the PiS, which would be a financial disaster for them, especially before the upcoming presidential election. In specified a situation, the PiS could lose backing for organization activities and election campaign, which would be the hardest blow. PKW will gotta act in accordance with regulations, which could have serious consequences for the Law and Justice, as was the case with PSL and Modern.
