Is India breaking its arms ties with Russia? acquisition of S-400 suspended

New Delhi has suspended a deal to acquisition S-400 air defence systems worth more than $2 billion. Problems with deliveries from Russia of spare parts for Indian tanks, helicopters, aircraft and submarines are besides growing. In both cases, the main reason is the deficiency of agreement on the payment issue. India is looking for a way that won't trigger American sanctions, but won't ruin the budget either.
