Is Armenia changing its stance against military alliance with Russia?

The organization of the Collective safety Agreement - a military alliance to which any of the states formed on the rubble of the USSR belong - is useless and creates only problems for Armenia, said Armen Grigorian, secretary of the safety Council of Armenia, quoted by Radio Swoboda portal.
