Armenia's changing positions about the military alliance with Russia?

The organisation of the Collective safety Agreement - a military alliance, to which part of the states formed on the ruins of the USSR belongs - is useless and creates only problems for Armenia - says Armen Grigorian, Secretary of the safety Council of Armenia, quoted by the Radio Swoboda portal.
