In 3 separate letters to UN Secretary-General António Guterres and UN safety Council president Michael G. Waltza of March 26, Saeed Iravani expressed a strong condemnation by Iran of the aggressive actions of the U.S. Army, condemning the unlawful US attacks carried out from the airspace of the neighboring states of Iran.

In accordance with the instructions of my Government and on the basis of my letters of 3, 7 and 16 March 2026 (S/2026/121, S/2026/139 and S/2026/189), I would like to inform your Excellency and members of the safety Council of the following issues:
Based on the monitoring and evaluation carried out by the Armed Forces of the muslim Republic of Iran, it has been established that an aggressor, namely the United States, continues to usage the territory and airspace of the Kuwait State for the planning, preparation, equipping and carrying out of unlawful military attacks against the muslim Republic of Iran.

At 17:41 p.m. on 17 March 2026, an American unmanned aircraft MQ-9B, operating over the airspace of the state of Kuwait, provided intelligence support to fighters.
In view of the global work of the States resulting from the making available of their territory to others for the intent of carrying out acts of aggression and carrying out armed attacks in the territory of a 3rd country, The muslim Republic of Iran expresses strong and unequivocal opposition to the aforementioned illegal activities and powerfully urges the Government of the Kuwait State to respect the principles of good neighbourhood and to prevent further exploitation of its territory against the muslim Republic of Iran.
The muslim Republic of Iran reserves the right to take all essential and appropriate measures, including the exercise of its right to self-defense, in order to defend its sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence, while remaining faithful to the rule of good neighbourhood and respect for the sovereignty of the Kuwait State.

At 07:03 on 17 March 2026, US F-35 fighters, utilizing the airspace of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar and flying through it, carried out bomb raids for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran;
At 14:53 p.m. on 17 March 2026, U.S. F-35 fighters, utilizing the airspace of the United arabian Emirates and the Qatar States and flying through it, conducted bomb raids for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran;
At 9:08 p.m. on 17 March 2026, U.S. F-35 fighters, utilizing the airspace of the United arabian Emirates and Qatar, conducted bomb raids for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran.
At 06:35 on 20 March 2026. United States F-35 fighters, utilizing the airspace of the Qatar State and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, carried out bombings for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran;

At 19:35 on 20 March 2026, U.S. F-16 SV fighters, utilizing the airspace of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar and flying through it, carried out bomb raids for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran;
At 20:17 p.m. on 20 March 2026, the U-2 American reconnaissance aircraft, operating over the airspace of the Qatar State and the United arabian Emirates, provided intelligence support to American fighters;

At 23:10 p.m. on 20 March 2026, U.S. F-15 fighters, utilizing and flying through the airspace of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar, conducted bomb raids for targets in the muslim Republic of Iran.
