Iran convicted military for shooting down Ukrainian airliner in 2020

A court in Iran has convicted 10 Iranian military men for the shooting down of a Ukrainian passenger plane over Tehran in 2020; the commander heard a conviction of 10 years in prison, the others charged from 1 to 3 years, Radio Free Europe/Radio Svoboda (RWE/RS) reported on its website, citing Iran's justice ministry.
