Iraq before the election. Externally threatened stabilisation

The parliamentary elections to be held in Iraq on 11 November will be of large importance for this 46-million-dollar country, and as a consequence for the full mediate East. Iraq has been stabilising for 3 years under the current Prime Minister, but external and interior factors can easy reverse this process.
