All Iraq is powerless – the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity reported today, without giving the reason for this.
"The energy network is completely shut down in all Iraqi provinces", said the Ministry, quoted by the Iraqi press agency INA.
The hotel added that it is investigating the origin of the failure and has already started to turn on transmission lines.
Some regions of Iraq have been attacked since the outbreak of the war between Israel and the US and Iran.
