Invitation to the General Election and Reporting Meeting
Members of the Property Owners Association for Rent ‘The Resident’,
will be held on 28-05-2024 in area 203 at the Training Centre 47 Żurawia Street in Warsaw
The Board of the Association shall invitation members to the General Meeting, which shall take place on the following dates:
Time limit I is set to
28.05.2024 at 9:45 a.m.
in conference area 203 at 47 Żurawie Street in Warsaw
Time limit II is set to
28.05.2024 at 10 a.m.
in conference area 203 at 47 Żurawie Street in Warsaw
The proposed agenda shall include:
1. beginning of the General gathering of Members.
2. Confirming the correctness of convening the Assembly and its ability to adopt resolutions.
3. Election of president of the General gathering of Members and Minutes. Choice of the Crutical Commission.
4. Presentation and approval of the agenda.
5. Management Board study on operations in 2023.
6. Opinion of the Audit Committee on the accounts for 2023 and the request for its approval.
7. Adoption of a resolution on the adoption of the Management Board's accounts and accounts for 2023 (Resolution No 1).
8. Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to the Management Board of the Association of Residents (Resolution No 2).
9. Elections to the Association authorities for another word of office:
- presentation of candidatures,
- discussion of vote in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Elections,
- casting votes on ballots.
10. Collection of ballots by members of the committee, conversion and entry in the minutes.
11. Reading the minutes of the committee and announcing the result of the election.
12. Adoption of a resolution on the composition of the numerical and individual board and review committee for the word of office of 2024-2028 (Resolution No 3).
13. Adoption of a resolution on the delegation of powers to the Association associate to sign contracts with the Management Board and represent
Association in the event of a dispute (Resolution No 4). Justification for the candidacy.
14. Collection of ballots under resolutions by the committee, counting of votes, drawing up and reading the minutes from
voting.
15. Free motions.
16. Closing of the General gathering of Members.
The gathering may be attended in the following form:
1/ in individual at the gathering place,
2/ by the proxy who will arrive in individual (model of power of attorney)
3/ on-line via Zoom platform according to the rules described in Election Rules.
