Investigators have temporarily abandoned their attempts to arrest suspended South Korean president Yoon Suk-yeol, the Yonhap news agency reported. Earlier, presidential guards and military units had prevented entry to the politician's residence and arrest him over his decision to impose martial law in the country in early December. Under force from parliament and mass protests, Yoon withdrew the decision after respective hours.
