Investigation into the attack on Polish soldiers in Lebanon

The territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw is investigating the assassination of Polish soldiers serving in confederate Lebanon as part of the UNIFIL mission. The proceedings were initiated on March 30, 2026 and concern an incidental that occurred the day before in the area of the village of Bint Jubail. The case was classified as an attempted execution of 4 soldiers of the Polish Army.
