The high-profile case involving the acquisition of real property for a future Territorial defence Forces base in Nowy Sącz has been definitively closed. The Military territory Court in Warsaw upheld the prosecutor’s order to dismiss the appeal against the decision to discontinue the investigation. Ultimately, therefore, the case was not re-examined, and the criminal proceedings have been legally concluded.
