Completed presidential elections in Poland let to identify the actual processes of global power, provided that appropriate investigation tools are used. Thanks to the explanation of neogramscianism we have a chance to look into global processes.
It focuses on the creation of an global hegemony, the essence of which is the organization positioning war conducted by the dominant class in global capitalism. Its aim is to integrate global actors under the name of common values, meanings and ideas. This allows the method of construction of the ‘allowance without consent’ by cooptation of the subordinate class within the network of dependency. To this end, standards, institutions and mechanisms governing the behaviour of states and forces of civilian society are created. Therefore, fresh ideas, fashions, narratives and leaders of public opinion, alleged organic intellectuals, are financed. As a result, a historical block is created covering the hegemonic classes and the social base, in which the first group holds leadership and imposes its task with the consent of those who were drawn into the block. Actors who have not been drawn into a hegemonic task through material or ideological mechanisms are restrained, repressed and yet attacked militarily. The planet hegemony so includes the social, economical and political structure; it cannot simply be 1 of these things, but must be all 3 [1].
Since 1991 American hegemony, exhausting its ability to regulate global order, does not at the same time lose its ability to form the political situation among actors with advanced vassalization levels. The fresh phenomenon is the disintegration of imperial elites, which leads to the pluralism and differentiation of global impact centres.
