International Criminal Court issues warrant for Putin's arrest

The global Criminal Court (ICC) issued an arrest warrant for Russian president Vladimir Putin on Friday. The judges granted the prosecution's request, saying there were real grounds to believe Putin was liable for war crimes involving the unlawful deportation of children from occupied territory of Ukraine to Russia.
