The agreement signed in mid-April is the first specified paper concluded between the Indian manufacture and Slovakia. It was concluded during a state visit by the president of India Droupadi Murmu to our confederate neighbour. A delegation from the Indian arms manufacture was besides present. This agreement is intended to constitute a further step in India in strengthening its independency and innovation of its defence technological capacity under the Atmanirbhar Bharat programmes, and Make-in-India.
