India–Pakistan. Will there be a war in Kashmir?

There was a terrorist attack in the Indian-controlled part of Kashmir. Twenty-five Indians were killed and 1 Nepali, respective people were injured. Tensions are rising between India and Pakistan. Will there be a war between atomic powers?
