March independency Society : lawyer General attacks March Independence!
date:24 May 2024 Editor: Anna
Ladies and gentlemen,
The centre-left government one more time strikes the March of Independence. lawyer General Adam Bodnar accuses organizers and participants of the 2017 March of independency of publically promoting totalitarianism.
The persecution of Polish patriots returns!
In 2017, Adam Bodnar, the then Ombudsman, made a announcement on the promotion of a totalitarian government during the independency March. In 2019, the D.A.'s office expires the proceedings, as the perpetrators of the alleged crime have not been detected and, more importantly, no signs of any criminal offence have been found. Adam Bodnar is suing the D.A.'s decision to bail, but without success. Now the same Adam Bodnar, as the Minister of Justice and lawyer General, is returning to the case from 7 years ago, utilizing his post for actions aimed at the March of Independence, its organizers – the Association of “March of Independence” – and participants, hundreds of thousands of Poles, who on 11 November in Warsaw show their patriotism and attachment to the thought of independent and sovereign Homeland. On 14 May 2017, a communication appeared on the website of the National Prosecutor's Office, in which the prosecutor's press spokesperson announces the reopening of proceedings concerning the public promotion of the totalitarian government by organizers and participants of the independency March in 2017. Adam Bodnar besides personally referred to the case, stating that "This is how the apolitical prosecutor's office works."...
Adam Bodnar's decision is to proceed building a false image of Polish patriots and presenting them as fascists, which for years has been done by centroleft politicians in Poland and abroad. In 2017, Guy Verhofstadt - Belgian Euro MP, during a debate in the European Parliament on the state of law in Poland, said about participants of the independency March, that in our country "60 000 fascists, neo-Nazis and supporters of white race supremacy marched 300 km from Auschwitz". He then cowardly hid behind the immunity of the Euro MP, erstwhile for these words Dr. Baber Aondo-Akaa, a multiple associate in the March of Independence, directed a private indictment against him. In Poland, participants of the independency March were besides repeatedly called fascists or bandits. An example of this is the message by Władysław Frasyniuk commenting on the participation of the president of Poland in the march on the centenary of regaining independence: "I believe that Andrzej Duda will make a large selfie with any fascist in a chimney." Since Donald Tusk's first days of power, attacks on patriotic environments have rekindled. Representatives of the Left regularly rise the subject of the illegalization of the independency March, and at the beginning of the year 1 of the first decisions of the new, coming from the government's broadcast of the Mazovia state was the refusal to grant the independency March the position of a cyclical event. Media officers of today's power besides request the final settlement of the independency March. Just a day after the current majority of the parliamentary elections won, Tomasz Lis wrote: “Maybe now we should do something so that on 11 November it doesn’t turn out that the Democrats won the election, and on the national festival Warsaw is inactive fascists!” Attacks on the March of independency have continued invariably for respective years. And for respective years we have defended Polish sovereignty, the good name of our Homeland and the good name of the independency March, and we besides cherish the memory of those who were not afraid to quit their lives in the fight for free and independent Poland. We will not be intimidated! Only with your support can we appeal for the sovereignty of our Homeland. By donating to the independency March, you are active in our activities.
Accusing Polish patriots of fascism is known from the past of Poland. Communist propaganda utilized this story in the fight against the armed underground after planet War II. On specified charges there were political trials and judicial murders on Polish patriots whose only “guilty” was attachment to God, Honor and Homeland. Today, the communist propaganda patterns seem to scope out to Adam Bodnar, reopening proceedings against the March of independency and attacking Polish patriots, who show their love for the Homeland on 11 November, stand in defence of the national interest and in defence of Poland's sovereignty.
As the independency March Association, we all day apply a patriotic attitude, seeking the welfare of our Homeland. We rise national interest in the media, so abroad to the politicians of the centre-left. Our actions are not only the organization of the largest patriotic manifestation in Europe! What do we do all day?
We defend Polish history. In mid-April in the Polish Parliament, during the gathering of the Committee on Education of discipline and Youth, we spoke in defence of the historical education devastated by Minister Barbara Nowacka in the draft regulation amending the programme basis. We know that social force makes sense. Thanks to us, the genocide in Volyn or the figures of the Righteous Among the planet Nations, specified as Irena Sendlerov or the Blessed Ulm family, has been restored to the programming base in history. In this respect we inactive fight for the memory of the Cursed Soldiers and their worthy place in Polish historical education. In the first half of May, there was an authoritative public consultation of projects proposed by the MEN to change the programme basis. In these consultations, we took part in demanding that a number of crucial figures, historical events and issues specified as: the defence of Westerplatte, the Polish Post and Warsaw in 1939, captain Witold Pilecki and St. Maximilian Maria Kolbe as examples of Poles' heroism; soldiers of the Curse and the function of the Catholic Church in the fight against communism or the importance of the Smolensk disaster on 10 April 2010 for the Polish state.
We defend sovereignty. On 1 May, on the 20th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union, we co-organised the March of Sovereignty in Warsaw - an event aimed against the regulation of freedom by the European Union, against the Green Deal, against the expansionary ideology of sex and LGBT, against the migration pact – and yet – against the already pending partition treaties. On that day we started the march in the Constitution Square, symbolically indicating that not EU treaties, but the Constitution of Poland is the highest law in Poland. Finally, under the European Commission, we have clearly and clearly advocated a Europe of sovereign homelands.
We defend faith. On 11 May we entrusted the destiny of our Homeland, the affairs of Poles and the March of independency itself and its participants to the parent of God Częstochowa - Queen of Poland, participating in the 9th National Environment Pilgrimage on Jasna Góra. Our Lady's care is especially needed in Poland. Civilization War is under way, the Christian foundations of Europe and the social order based on values specified as God, Homeland, Life, Family, Marriage, Truth, Good and Beauty are destroyed. It takes large strength of the nation to fight for these values. For this strength we asked Our woman on Jasna Góra. The thought of this fight was brought closer during the pilgrimage in his courageous speech by Piotr Walczak, activist of the All-Polish Youth: "Christ told us that if individual hits you on the cheek - turn him and the another one. But the same Christ, erstwhile it was essential to seize the whip and pursuit down the merchants at the temple, due to the fact that it is glorious that erstwhile individual insults us as an individual, sets his head on our dignity, tries to insult us, then it is noble to humble ourselves even more and accept insults. But if anyone raises his hand to our family, nation, Homeland, idea, religion and holy Catholic Church, then this hand should be broken."
We defend the life of the conceived. In May we one more time raised the issue of the life of unborn children. On 16 May, we participated in a public proceeding of 4 abortion projects aimed at mid-April by the Sejm to work on an extraordinary parliamentary committee. All 4 projects liberalise the anticipation of abortion. The Left requests that the punishment for assisting women in abortion be abolished and that abortion be legalized by 12 weeks of pregnancy. The Citizens' Platform in a separate task besides requests that abortion be legalized by 12 weeks of pregnancy. The 3rd Road in turn calls for the restoration of the eugenic condition, i.e. the anticipation of killing unborn children due to the illness or defect of the child, and the conduct of a nationwide referendum on abortion. We were present in the Sejm at a public proceeding and took the level in defence of life and in defence of the morality of the nation. We have expressed our opposition to the continuation of all 4 projects. We have been active in this substance since the beginning of the parliamentary debate. In the first days of April, we sent an open letter to the Polish Episcopal Conference asking for consequences for Members declaring themselves Catholic and voting for any of the projects. We will follow the committee's further work and constantly defend the lives of unborn children.
Poland needs our continuous work
Like on 11 November, we walk together among the seas of white and red flags, so all day and throughout the year, let us work together for the good of our Homeland. I would like to invitation you to join our work. Each generation bears the work for the Homeland in which it lives here and now, and for the 1 which it will leave to future generations of Poles. Saint John Paul II said, "The destiny of the Fatherland is in your hands today, not tomorrow! Tomorrow, it'll be the way you make it. May it not be next day without Father." In this spirit, aware of this responsibility, we work for Poland. Our actions can be made through donations. The independency March Association is simply a grassroots social initiative. We don't receive state subsidies. The donations we receive are converted into a defence of the national interest, whether during the March of independency itself - the largest public patriotic demonstration in Europe, or during daily, hard but needed work in the defence of Faith, Family, Homeland. Here I would like to ask you to supply financial support for our actions. Now, erstwhile again, erstwhile we are forced to defy the attacks of the centre-left government of Donald Tusk, erstwhile we are faced with the slanders of lawyer General Adam Bodnar, Your support is highly needed and in a peculiarly crucial way.
With respect,
Bartosz Malewski, president of the independency March Association
