Independence Day Nominations: Commanders, Central Institutions and the Navy [COMMENT]

On the eve of this year's independency Day, the president of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda will present as many as 17 general nominations. Experienced officers will receive them. This year's promotions are spread reasonably evenly between central institutions and commanders. Notable are 2 Admiral appointments for Naval Officers.
