Obtaining the reputation of the grey eminence raises jealousy, and sometimes facilitates the accomplishment of individual intentions, but in the long run blocks the way to promotion in his own party. I mean, everybody knows that, but there's no shortage of those who want to do this kind of career. Let us look at the grey eminences of Polish politics.
