Smartphones have become as essential for Israelis as shelters – since the start of the attacks on Iran, net traffic has increased by 25 percent. From alarms in the military's app to a kind of Tinder for people in shelters and many apps telling you erstwhile it's safe to take a shower, Israelis are trying to digitize panic and make it more bearable.
