In April, the private sector in Germany again fell into recession

Composite PMI dropped to 49.7. The services sector was peculiarly affected, whose index fell to 48.8 – the lowest level in 14 months. This decline reflects the increasing concerns about tariffs and the economical and political future of Germany.
