We're looking for families of anti-communist heroes
In the period of fighting against the communist strategy imposed on Poles in the first years after planet War II, lawlessness abounded in many examples of heroic courage, which the erstwhile heroes of the fight against the German Nazis conducted through cruel interrogations of fresh occupiers and their ministers to the courtrooms, where on behalf of the People's Republic of Poland for their love for the Homeland passed many years of sentences.
This situation occurred, among others, on December 14, 1945, where the Military territory Court in Poznań issued a judgement on participants of the underground organization WSGO Warta originating in the territory of the Turkish Municipality (Wielkopolska).
The Wielkopolska Independent Volunteer Group Warta was founded on May 10, 1945 on the foundation District of Poznań National Army. The territory was dissolved by Major Andrzej Hańcza-Rzewucki after the Provisional Government of National Amnesty Unity announced for anti-communist activists. However, despite the organisation's dissolution, many arrests of erstwhile underground members have occurred, worked out by the safety Office since July 1945.
Among the accused members of the organizations sentenced to this judicial session in December 1945 were:
Jan Puddle Born on May 16, 1925 in the village of Ruda, the Viennese territory was owned by the Home Army during the German occupation, and was then a associate of WSGO Warta. During this period he was a resident of Turku. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison.
Tadeusz Sielski Born February 26, 1919 in Wyszyna village. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Zenon Streak Born January 2, 1908 in Kielce. In the Polish army, he served in the 2nd communication regiment in Jarosław from 1929 to 1931 as a platoon. He took part in the defence of Lviv in September 1939. He was a associate of the National Army from 1943. After the war, he lived in Turku. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
Czesław Nowak Born April 11, 1926 in Turku. For participating in an anti-communist organization sentenced to 5 years in prison.
Tadeusz Kwieciński born July 4, 1905 in Łódź. He served in the military from 1921 to 1926 in a platoon degree in the 5th Regiment of Horse Rifles in Płock. He was a associate of fights, among others, under Ciechanów, Działdow and in defence of Warsaw in 1939. During the Polish run he was injured. After the war, he served as Commandant of the Militia in Pienna (Turek County). He was acquitted in court.
Eugenius Boberek born January 22, 1915 in Koluszki (Przeziny Łódzkie). A soldier of the 37th Infantry Regiment in the rank of elder gunner. Participants in the 1939 fight with Germany on the Kalisz-Warsaw route. He took part in defending the capital. From 1943 to January 1945, the commander of the AK company in the territory of Turek County. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
Václav Firgan boy of Jan and Waleria born June 8, 1923(?) in the village Brodnia territory of Turek. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
Stanisław Lężak boy of Joseph and Stanisława born January 7, 1919 in Lubolu, Turek County. Sentenced to 2 years in prison.
