Important U.S. decision to export advanced chips. Poland on list

The restrictions introduced by Joe Biden's administration on the export of advanced chips from the USA to most countries of the world, including Poland, will be withdrawn. The U.S. Ministry of Commerce announced this decision. Washington withdrew from erstwhile arrangements because, among others, he was afraid of worsening diplomatic relations with many allies.
