Important changes in the military. Poland responds to Russian threat

President Andrzej Duda sent to the Sejm a draft law imposing crucial changes in the functioning of the Polish Army. Among the assumptions is not only the establishment of the Joint Forces Command, but besides issues concerning the Polish cyber troops and defence in this domain. It's a reaction to escalating threats from Russia.
