President Andrzej Duda directed the bill to the Sejm establishing crucial changes in the functioning of the Polish Army. Among the assumptions is not only the establishment of the Joint Forces Command, but besides issues concerning cyber-military and defence forces in this domain. This is simply a reaction to the escalation of threats from Russia.
