Imperva is simply a US registered company that has servers in Israel and its owner is the French company Thales. It supports the alleged WAF gateways — these are watch gates on the net protecting against hacking attacks. They stand between the regular user and the server and check all move.
These gateways log data from all over the planet — everything that goes through them: IP addresses, queries, answers. They do it to detect attacks and malicious bots. Imperva is simply a global company.
Based on these Imperva logs, he publishes his most crucial commercial study all year:
- Imperva Bad Bot Report — In 2025 the 12th edition was released.
They analyse billions of records (in 2024 they blocked as many as 13 trillion malicious queries) and announce to the world.
They have late published a very interesting statistic: AI bots have generated over 51% of the full traffic on the net and malicious bots 37%. This is not an academic survey — it is their marketing product that sells their safety services.
Imperva besides supports the WAF goal for Polish KSeF. Through this goal, data specified as: NIP of the seller and buyer, company names, net, VAT and gross amounts, invoice number, date, currency, paper kind flows through the Imperva format.
These metadata are not encrypted — the Imperva goal sees them and logs them in due to the fact that that's how all WAF goal works.
There are no legal or contractual obstacles for Imperva to record, store, analyse and even feed their artificial intelligence models. The Polish agreement with the Ministry of Finance is of no importance here. It is overseen by American law (CLOUD Act), French defence law (Thales) and interior corporate rules.
So Imperva has a method and legal chance to make a full, detailed map of Polish business giving telemetry to all invoices. This allows you to scan the business model of all company in Poland, to know its margins, suppliers, contractors, turnovers, deadlines – all the way through.
And it's not speculation, that's for sure. Imperva has the means and the powers to do so, as evidenced by the reports he makes.
"Imperva" is the fresh "Jehovah". It's taboo, it's a cursed spell...
It's been 2 months since I published my KSeF audits. No 1 questioned my audits, no 1 found any gaps or errors. It's not due to the fact that it didn't scope anyone. My entries on KSeF scope the X million reach, on Facebook hundreds of thousands, and on blogs thousands. So all politicians, journalists, experts and celebrities know that KSeF is simply a spy system. Still, they're quiet. The word "Imperva" is treated like a taboo. You can't say it and compose it. It's not good to talk about it...
