In 2024, the Sejm [adopted the bill](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/sejm-uchwal-law-law-right-communication-electronic) Electronic communications law. Among [its records](https://isap.sejm.gov.pl/isap.nsf/download.xsp/WDU20240001221/U/D20241221Lj.pdf) is simply a paragraph which requires government authorities to pay fees for the right to have frequencies. These amounts are regulated by the applicable Regulation of the Council of Ministers.
