IJHARS: Changes in recipes for fruit juices and nectars and jams, jams, jams, jelly, marmalade and visions - little sugar, more fruit

By mid-June 2026, the revised regulations on juices, nectars, jams, jams, jams, jams, jelly, marmalades and visions will apply. The fresh rules implement Directive (EU) 2024/1438 of the European Parliament and of the Council, introducing, inter alia, a category of products with reduced sugar content, fresh authorised production processes and higher requirements for the participation of fruit in products.
