III of the Polish Republic begins to prosecute books. The process of publishing Magna Polonia begins

Radosław Patlewicz | In January, a indictment against Przemysław Holocher, head of Magna Polonia publishing house, was sent to the territory Court in Czestochowa. His case is 1 of the most controversial examples of the conflict between the apparatus of the state and freedom of speech in Poland. It besides shows the increasing function of experts in historical publications proceedings – opinions which increasingly go beyond technological analysis and enter the field of ideological interpretation.
