2nd EU-Ukraine Investment Conference

2nd EU-Ukraine Investment Conference will take place in days 13-14 November 2025. In Warsaw.

Conference programme

The conference will be opened by the European Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Oleksij Sobolev and ministers from EU associate States. The programme includes 3 thematic panels and 9 interactive workshops involving the business environment, local governments and global partners.

The aim of the event is to mobilise private investments for reconstruction, reconstruction and modernisation of Ukraine. The conference will present the results of the EU Framework Investment Platform for Ukraine. The event will be supported by the EU-Ukraine Business Partnership launched in April of this year and will enable the assessment of the advancement of integration Ukraine with the EU Single marketplace and the improvement of the business environment.

Addressees

The conference is addressed to entrepreneurs, representatives of local governments, global financial institutions and organizations supporting business curious in investment and cooperation with Ukraine.

  • Attendance: The conference is open to all ReBuild Expo participants without additional registration
  • Tickets: Available on the ReBuild Ukraine website. Free admission for representatives of governments, global financial institutions and business support organisations
  • Format: The event takes place only in a stationary formula.

During the fair, it is possible to visit the EU stand in Hall 1 and to usage the general matchmaking platform prepared by DG GROW, as well as the matchmaking session on dual-use technology organised by DG ENEST (EU-Ukraine Partnerships: Powering opposition & Defence).
