The squad of the Freedom Games, a festival of ideas organized annually by the Łódź Liberte Foundation!, announces a call for the position of co-coordinator/guest department. Your responsibilities:
- Contact with invited guests from the country and abroad.
- Coordination of logistics and organization of stay/participation of guests at the festival.
- Ensure fluidity of communication between the Freedom Games squad and guests.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the participation of guests.
- Support for promotion activities.
- The performance of another tasks arising from the duties performed.
Requirements:
- Excellent work organization.
- Openness, kindness, diplomacy and affirmative attitude.
- The ability to plan your own actions independently.
- The ability to work under time pressure.
- Disposability and flexibility during employment.
- Creativity and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Availability on site in Łódź (work in hybrid system).
- Very good cognition of English in speech and writing.
- Google Workspace skills.
- Category B licence (welcome).
We offer:
- Employment for 5 months: June-July part-time, August-October full-time. The exact number of hours is negotiable, it is possible to reconcile work with studies and leave for short leave.
- Working in a hybrid system, our office is located in the center of Łódź.
