“Every tournament cannot be won” – so Iga Christmas commented on the defeat in the French Open semi-finals. Polka lost to Belarusian tennis player Aryna Sabalenko 6:7 (1-7), 6:4, 0:6.
“Every tournament cannot be won. Without a doubt, I will come back here and I will effort all year," said Razyńczyk at a press conference.
The Polish player emphasized that she liked playing French Open courts and despite losing she was happy with her game: “I like to play here and even though it was only a semifinal, it was a solid tournament. I will work to have a disposition that will give me an advantage over the opponents.”
On June 30, Iga Christmas will appear on Wimbledon.
