‘Dear Marshal, given the following facts:
1. The Chabad Lubavich organization, which ignites the Khanuk candle in the territory of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, IS NOT a registered church or a spiritual union entered in the registry of churches and another spiritual unions in Poland;
2. According to the judaic Community website in Poznań: “The movement of Chabad-Lubacz was created 250 years ago in the Russian town of Lubacz. It is simply a fragment of Hasidism – 1 of the currents existing in Judaism for about 350 years. Chabad-Lubacz has its followers and centres in many countries. Its office is located in fresh York City. Representatives of the movement in Poland come from the USA and Israel, and the organization itself is registered as the Chai Foundation. Chabad is active in the judaic community and cooperates with part of the judaic communities in Poland. In Warsaw he has http://m.in. his synagogue, mikva (the ritual bath) and hires rabbis. It besides creates educational centres and rabbinical schools where Hasidic education has come from different parts of the world.’;
3. Rabbi Shalom Dov Ber Stambler representing Chabad Lubavich is the president of the Management Board of the Friends Of Chabad Lubavitch Polska Foundation (KRS: 0000567110) registered at 19/58 Zygmunt Słomińskiego Street, 00-195 Warsaw;
4. Rabbi Shalom Dov Ber Stambler representing Chabad Lubavich is simply a associate of the Board of Chai Foundation (KRS: 0000226012) registered at 19/508A Zygmunt Słomińskiego Street, 00-195 Warsaw, who collects donations through the website https://chabad.org.pl/contact/;
5. The Chabad Lubavik organization, represented by Rabin Shalom Dov Ber Stambler, conducts commercial activities under the name ‘Chabad home Warsaw Poland’, consisting, among others, of organizing trips, providing Sabbath meals and supplying kosher food;
6. During the burning of the Khanukov candle on 14 December 2023 in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland with the participation of the president of Poland and the Marshal of the Sejm, there is simply a roll’up on which the logo “Chabad Poland” appears, which is identical to the Chai Foundation and the commercial activities of the Stamble brothers under the name “Chabad home Warsaw Poland” ;
I apply to halt the continuation of the yearly lighting of Khanuk candles in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM:
In the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, circumstances cannot be created that any lobby on the pretext of any spiritual celebration can advance its business or household interests under the pretext of religion. There should be no derogations from this regulation and it besides applies to the judaic political lobby in Poland.
The celebrations of the burning of Khanuk candles in the Polish Sejm cannot be called a spiritual ceremony in any way, due to the fact that the Chabad Lubavich organization appearing in the Polish Sejm under the logo “Chabad Polska” is NOT a registered church or a spiritual union – the logo “Chabad Polska” works on commercial sites selling catering services to Jews with kosher food and trips and pilgrimages in Poland dedicated to Jews.
I am besides profoundly opposed to simplifying the subject, so that opposition from anything judaic would affect automatic anti-Semitism – in this key specified historical figures as Stanisław Staszic, Jan Ursyn Niemcewicz, Roman Dmowski, Bolesław Prusai, and even Józef Piłsudski would gotta vanish from books to past as heroes and be hailed the top anti-Semitists of the Republic of Poland.
