Interestingly, the Mindanao Filipinos managed to overcome the political dichotomy, as Bangsamoro adopted the parliamentary system, although it belongs to the country in which the presidential strategy is in place. The Bangsamoro Autonomous strategy of Government, based on the Organic Act adopted in 2018, is akin to the Westminster strategy practiced in the United Kingdom, based on a political organization system. This solution opened a debate to conclude in 2025 with conclusions on constitutional improvement and the principles of federalism in the Philippine Republic.
