The dispute between Kiev and Budapest about Russian oil supply via the "Friendship" pipeline is rapidly tightening. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announces "the usage of force" to break, as he said, the "Ukrainian oil blockade". In turn, the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski openly admits that he himself sees no reason to rebuild the pipeline.
