Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski reported that Hungary was prevented from starting accession talks with Ukraine. At a gathering of the ministers of abroad affairs in Brussels, he stressed that Budapest is referring to bilateral problems, which, in his opinion, should not affect the decision. "This is another substance in which decision-making is blocked by our old friend, erstwhile an ally - the Republic of Hungary," Sikorski said.
