Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski announced that Hungary was preventing the start of accession talks with Ukraine. During the gathering of abroad ministers in Brussels, he stressed that Budapest was citing bilateral problems, which, in his opinion, should not affect the decision. "This is another issue in which the decision is blocked by our old friend, erstwhile an ally - the Republic of Hungary," Sikorski said.
