Hungary has blocked negotiations on Ukraine's EU membership

Hungary blocked the beginning of the first area of negotiations on Ukraine's membership in the European Union on Friday, an EU diplomat told RMF FM. This concerns the "Basics" cluster, which concerns, among another things, the regulation of law.
