HRW: Israel commits war crimes by displacing civilians

The repeated displacement of civilians by the Israeli army in the Gaza Strip constitutes war crimes and bears the hallmarks of cultural cleansing, warns the human rights organization Human Rights Watch (HRW) in a study published on Thursday.
