How will the war in Ukraine end? Ramstein doesn't know

At its next gathering on 19 September 2023, the Ramstein Group did not decide to specify circumstantial conditions that would mean ending the war in Ukraine and bringing peace to Europe. So it is inactive unknown whether it is adequate to push Russian soldiers from confederate Ukraine or to free Crimea and Donbas from Russians. Or should the eventual nonsubjective of NATO action be to remove Russian soldiers from Moldova and Georgia?
