There is no chance that the Russians in their possible offensive after 24 February 2023 would gain the same territorial gains as the year before. In the last 12 months, the state of the Russian army has deteriorated noticeably, and the Ukrainian army has importantly improved. In addition, although the Russians have small chance to change something in their armed forces for the better for the better, Ukrainians, thanks to the aid of the West, increase their capabilities continuously.
